We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning. Assist in the development and execution of long-term business strategies and related projects. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required. 2 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or a related role. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, restaurant multi-unit businesses is a plus. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and software. Ability to think critically and strategically, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI). Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
