Finance Manager

Job Description: As our

Finance Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our dealership. You will be responsible for structuring and securing financing solutions for customers, managing all finance-related transactions, and working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to understand their financing needs and provide appropriate loan and lease options.

Develop relationships with banks and other lending institutions to secure competitive rates.

Present and explain vehicle financing, leasing, and warranty options to customers in a clear and transparent manner.

Oversee all financial documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.

Process and submit credit applications to financial institutions and negotiate terms.

Manage the completion of vehicle sales and ensure the finance office meets all objectives and targets.

Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in closing deals and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

Stay up-to-date with automotive finance trends, lending regulations, and new products.

Maintain a high level of customer service, building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Finance Manager

In-depth knowledge of financing options, loan documents, and leasing agreements.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred:

Experience working with automotive finance software and systems.

F&I certification or related training is a plus.
