The Role
The IT Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the technological infrastructure and operations of Frontera Health. This position will oversee the IT department, ensuring that technology aligns with the organization's strategic goals and provides efficient and reliable support to both business and clinical teams.
As part of the senior IT leadership team, your voice will be critical in helping to develop and execute an enterprise-wide IT strategy and roadmap that is aligned and positioned to innovate and deliver compelling business value globally. Through partnerships within and outside of IT, you will work to ensure stakeholders have access to our systems and services whenever and wherever they need them.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement IT strategies that support the organization's overall objectives and goals. Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. Project Management:
Lead IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Vendor Management:
Negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Security Management:
Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's data and systems. Work alongside product engineering teams to ensure security & compliance. Support Services:
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving problems. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards. Video capture
Managing enterprise applications
(Google workspace, CRM, CentralReach, etc) Proactively build good working relationships with both business and technology team members and management and have a sound understanding of key commercial processes Establish standards and policies to ensure technology is implemented consistently and uniformly across the globe in alignment with our compliance agreements. Infrequent travel to other sites within your duties as needed to ensure project delivery, oversight, and team mentorship. Provisioning laptops & devices for clinic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud technologies. Experience with healthcare IT systems and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, EHR). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Startup experience Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Video & audio capture experience Experience in a healthcare setting. Experience in using and troubleshooting MacBooks and Mac-related software and hardware. Why Frontera Health?

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.
Expected salary range in Denver
$120,000-$165,000 USD
