Engaging in proactive prospecting, reaching out to up to 50 potential candidates daily through cold calls and warm leads, persuading them to meet our managers. Pipeline Development:
Utilizing provided resources to establish and sustain a continuous pool of potential candidates. Timely Correspondence:
Promptly responding to team members and potential agents, ensuring efficient communication. Collaborative Approach:
Maintaining consistent, effective communication with team members, upholding the accuracy of applicant tracking system data. Team Alignment:
Establishing rapport with branch directors, comprehending their business requirements, and fostering their confidence in achieving organizational objectives. Technological Proficiency:
Attaining success through adept utilization of business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Zoom, Canva, Outlook, and more. Skills & Experience: Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive Minimum one year of experience in a call center, telemarketing environment, or inside sales. Familiarity with telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge is strongly preferred. Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated aptitude in building rapid relationships, grasping needs, and securing agreements through prior sales experience. Technology Proficiency:
