Position Overview:

The CRM Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for the optimization of the daily CRM interactions with sales and support staff. The CRM Marketing Support Specialist has visibility to all functions of marketing content and automation deployment, lead scoring, and user training and adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, implementation, and management of targeted email, SMS, and print marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align CRM marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and strategies. Analyze and map out customer journeys to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for enhanced engagement and retention. Develop automated journeys that nurture leads, customer retention, and promote new and existing products. Work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns that meet customer needs and enhance the brand experience. Utilize CRM tools to automate marketing processes, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email content, subject lines, and timing for improved response rates. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for CRM users, ensuring effective utilization of the system. Create training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules Conduct regular workshops and one-on-one training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of CRM tools. Assess training effectiveness through reporting, feedback, assessments, and user engagement metrics, and make necessary improvements. Maintain knowledge on CRM trends and features to continuously refine training content. Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education/experience. 2-4 years' customer service experience. Experience in pulling together disparate pieces of information and presenting unified cause and effect scenarios. Experience interacting with a CRM. Mortgage industry experience, a plus. Helpdesk or technical support experience, a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
