Job Overview
Responsible for leading large-scale IT modernization projects, ensuring adherence to business and technical requirements, and managing project delivery across multiple phases. Combines skills in project management, business analysis, and data projects including real-time processing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate matrixed project teams to meet schedules. Align with Technical and Business Stakeholders on scope, schedule & costs. Manage program risks and resolve issues. Work with vendors and developers to implement software solutions. Oversee IT solution deployments across complex data programs. Communicate progress and status to stakeholders in an agile manner. Document and present findings clearly. Drive recommendations to implementation. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher. 8+ years in program management, leading IT modernization initiatives. Experience with time series databases, data platforms, cloud platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and integrations. Experience in regulated environments (utilities, manufacturing, healthcare). Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficient in Agile methodologies and risk management. Preferred Qualifications:
PMI PMP certification, ScrumMaster or Agile Certified Practitioner. Experience with Databricks and AWS. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the power generation sector or similar industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role is pivotal for the successful on-time, on-budget delivery of IT modernization projects, requiring effective coordination, communication, and leadership skills. Job Overview
This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. Employees in this role train and coach in the use of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scale agile framework practices.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Trains and coaches leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset Contributes in Communities of Practice (CoP), within the agile network Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed delivery teams Prepares program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program features and program and team objectives Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within the program budget Plays an instrumental role in the organization's Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications
