Our client is seeking a Software Program Manager, Infrastructure to join their team. As a Software Program Manager, you will be part of the Infrastructure team supporting data-centric projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, manage end-to-end deployment processes, optimize system documentation practices, drive process improvements, and optimize dashboard implementation.

What's the Job?
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, covering requirement gathering, technical specifications, and deliverables Plan and execute software deployment strategies. Identify and address potential deployment challenges, and track performance metrics for project success, productivity, and system readiness before launch Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful execution of projects within time and budget constraints Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Projects, Confluence) to organize, track, and report project progress Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Lead the development, optimization, and documentation of technical dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with stakeholder requirements Guide the deployment of dashboards, ensuring seamless integration into production environments and providing technical oversight during go-live Conduct hands-on training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to promote effective utilization of dashboards and data tools Lead the creation and standardization of comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and deployment configurations, and best practices for dashboard usage and maintenance What's Needed?
Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Projects, and Confluence to manage project deployment timelines, sprints, backlogs, and documentation efficiently Basic understanding of data analytics, SQL, and full-stack software systems, enabling effective communication with engineering teams on technical requirements and deployment configurations Experience in implementing, deploying, and maintaining dashboards to drive data accessibility and decision-making Proficiency in documenting technical architectures, system configurations, and processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and analysts, with a strong focus on technical execution and project success Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges, with a proactive approach to finding solutions within constraints Strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align technical project outcomes with organizational goals Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience 3+ years in software deployment, system documentation, or technical program management, with experience in data-centric or software-driven environments. Experience on BI/dashboarding platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus What's in it for me?
