**The Opportunity** Delaware North is searching for a Procurement Compliance Analyst to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will partner with food and beverage and culinary leaders and other stakeholders to collect, organize, disseminate and interpret enterprise wide procurement spend data. **Pay** Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. These are just some of the benefits we offer: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with up to 4% company match + Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance + Paid vacation days and holidays + Paid parental bonding leave + Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement + Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts **Responsibilities** + Perform categorization and analysis of spend data, including consolidation and mapping on individual line item purchases. + Examines overall supplier costs, financial results and other pertinent data, highlighting variances where applicable. + Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and disseminate to management and stakeholders according to established schedule. + Responsible for maintaining the flow of consolidated purchase data from third party data service providers, developing and maintaining reports measuring program compliance, generating categorized spend visibility reports from financial system. + Assists in the process of analyzing market trends and the development of reports and analysis tools to support standards and specifications of Delaware North. + Performing ongoing review and analysis of key spend data to measure compliance to contracted suppliers and programs, as well as identify new areas of opportunity for cost reductions and category spend optimization. + Develops and maintains working relationships with suppliers to stay current on trends and technology, and developing strong knowledge of supplier capabilities. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree preferred in general business, supply chain or related field or Associate degree with equivalent applicable related work experience. + Good communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and other supporting teams at various levels of organization. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high level of organization, with the appropriate degree of flexibility to adjust to unforeseen change. + Strong project management skills. + Minimum of 1-3 years of procurement experience administering supplier programs. + Ability to manage, organize and balance multiple priorities and changing internal stakeholder needs. + Minimum 1-3 years of financial acumen with analytical and problem solving skills. + Advanced MS Excel skills, experience working with Tableau, procure-to-pay systems, and PowerBI preferred. + Experience working with commercial contract terms and service level agreements helpful. **Shift Details** Monday to Friday Day shift **Who We Are** At Delaware North, youll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
