This position is also responsible for production numbers and quality, and requires employee to operate forklift on a regular basis and assist with the loading and packaging of product onto pallets to be wrapped and placed into inventory on an occasional basis.KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTSQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have prior masonry or hardscape manufacturing experience, plus the following requirements:Must be detail and quality oriented with the ability to use measuring instruments to perform basic quality checks.Must possess mechanical aptitude and be able to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical problems and irregularities.Must be safety oriented, and willing to follow safety processes and regulations.Ability to work independently, but also in a group setting where teamwork and collaboration is key.This position requires a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching while standing.Must be able to work quickly, while standing, in an extremely fast paced environment.Physical capacity to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basisWilling and able to work day or night shifts, overtime, and adaptable to changing work hours.Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor conditionsPrevious forklift experience/ certification is a plus.BenefitsHealth BenefitsMedical/Prescription CoverageVision CoverageDental Coverage401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchFlexible Spending Account (FSA) available.Health Savings Account (HSA) available, with company contributions.Paid Time Off - Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, and Vacation Time AccrualPaid sick time accrual available after 90 days.Paid vacation time accrual, 40 hours available at 6 months.Paid Holidays - 10 scheduled holidays a year.Life Insurance - $60,000 policy at no cost to the employeeVoluntary Benefits: Accident, Critical Illness, Life, and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) - At no cost to the employee
