Material Handler, C shift

7:00pm - 7:00am Sun, Mon, Tues, alternating Sat nights

Cleans and maintains all material system filters daily Cleans hoppers, grinders, blenders, regrind bins, colorant bins and material hoses for all material/color changes Responsible for the hook-up and set-up of auxiliary equipment Performs minor preventative maintenance on some auxiliary equipment Performs color changes on molding machines Fill all surge and colorant bins Pull, weigh and return colorant and material Monitor inventory of colorant, cartons, bags, pallets, tape and other supplies and supply production floor with additional supplies as needed Move production from the Molding floor to the Warehouse Make cartons and distribute to presses as well as maintain proper number of empty cartons at each press Empty trash and weigh scrap daily Analyze and resolve material related problems Grind rejected production on and off the production floor Complete necessary SAP and Mobisys transactions for all raw and finished materials
