Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Data Analyst to add experience to our growing Supply
Chain Strategy and Data Analytics team. This position will have an impactful role in transforming
data into actionable insights for our business leaders across the enterprise through business
intelligence development, data modeling and management, and visualization and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence Development
o Develop and maintain custom Power BI dashboards with a focus on data
accuracy and connection to business needs.
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
o Stay current on important business issues to develop proactive business
intelligence solutions.
Data Modeling and Management
o Work closely with IT teams across the enterprise to ensure the availability and
performance of data infrastructure and systems.
o Develop data pipelines/ETLs and assist in gathering, cleaning, and transforming
data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
o Design and implement data models and structures that support efficient data
retrieval and analysis.
o Monitor data quality and implement data validation processes to promote data
integrity and consistency.
Visualization and Storytelling
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to ensure the
delivery of actionable business insights.
o Train and support end users in the effective utilization of dashboards and assist
in developing self-serve reporting capabilities amongst the end-user base.
o Continually assess and improve dashboard useability and accessibility to
improve the user experience.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or
a related discipline).
- At least two years’ experience in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of relevant BI technologies and concepts, such as Microsoft BI stack
(Azure Synapse, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), SQL, DAX, MDX, Python or R, and
data warehousing.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with demonstrated experience connecting
business needs to technical solutions.
- A creative and innovative mentality focused on serving as a strategic partner to cross-
functional teams across the enterprise.
