Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions.
- Learn and develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates.
- Communicate with candidates to gather information, schedule interviews, and maintain professional relationships.
- Collaborate with the senior recruitment team to understand client needs and contribute to tailored recruiting solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and other recruitment documentation.
- Support senior recruiters with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and candidate onboarding.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance recruiting skills.
Qualifications:
- No prior recruiting experience required—training will be provided!
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with people.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn new systems.
