Summary:
Centura Wealth Advisory is seeking a Wealth Advisor Recruiter to join the People & Culture team. As a Tuck-In Advisor Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting independent advisors or advisor teams who are part of tuck-in acquisitions. You will play a key role in integrating new talent into our organization and ensuring that the transition is smooth and successful. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management, financial advisory, and/or experience working with high-caliber professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality advisor candidates who are being considered for acquisition or integration into the organization.
- Recruitment: Conduct outreach to potential advisor candidates, including independent financial advisors, wealth managers, and financial planning teams, to assess fit and interest in joining the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership, M&A teams, and business development to ensure alignment in advisor selection, integration plans, and post-acquisition transitions.
- Negotiations & Onboarding: Facilitate the recruitment process, which may include interviewing, negotiating compensation packages, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
- Advisor Integration: Assist in the integration of new advisors, ensuring they are aligned with company culture, policies, and operations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends in the wealth management and financial advisory markets to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential tuck-in acquisition targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with advisors, understanding their needs and aspirations to ensure a successful partnership.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment activities, and outcomes; provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress.
- Other Duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the financial advisory industry and experience with advisor recruiting.
- Experience with tuck-in acquisitions or M&A-related recruitment processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and high-net-worth individuals.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Salary: $135K - $150K Base + Bonus
