JARCCO Construction LLC is a small Road, Street and Heavy-Civil Construction Company out of Colorado Springs, founded in 2021. JARCCO is growing due to its high professionalism, work ethics, and integrity. We are looking for people with the same vision and values, and that have pride in their work. JARCCO is looking for an Administrative Assistant with some to no experience in the construction industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, implement, and improve office operations, filing system, policies, standards, procedures, and supplies.
Payroll, timecards.
Recruiting, Interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
Plan, implement and monitor employee records, labor law posters, employee manuals, and other documents in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements.
Manage and coordinate employee benefits; medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, bonuses, etc.
Establish and maintain a system of accounts payable, to include invoicing, purchase orders, check register, etc., as necessary.
Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income, and expenses reports, etc., as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel in particular.

EDUCATION:

MUST have a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
