The Client Services Team Director is responsible for the oversight of one of our Client Services Teams. The Team Director will build strong client relationships, developing the ability to anticipate clients’ needs and business environment, analyze and evaluate financial data for producing relevant and reliable information, and provide strategic-level support to Clients and Controllers for making significant business decisions. The Team Director will be responsible for developing and mentoring staff for long-term career success, providing valuable insights for Client growth and Fortiviti advancement. The Team Director will proactively manage client systems and procedures for improved accuracy and efficiency. General Responsibilities: Do the extras – provide clients with unexpected service Consult with clients on business decisions in the areas of accounting, finance, and general business operations Annual budgeting process for multiple clients and entities Long-range planning and forecasting Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable Follow and continuously develop Fortiviti processes and policies Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent experience) CPA preferred Progressive experience in accounting/finance – preferably in public accounting, a small business or entrepreneurial environment Strong interpersonal skills – you will talk with clients daily Effective management and mentorship ability Desire for personal growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
