Job Title: Integrated Master Scheduler

Location: Warren, MI (Detroit Arsenal)

Position Type: Full-Time


Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler responsible for building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using Microsoft Project or other scheduling software and preparing Integrated Master Schedules. This role requires the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve a common goal, document interdependencies, and load resources.


Responsibilities: 

• Build, manage, and maintain program master schedules using Microsoft Project or other scheduling software

• Prepare Integrated Master Schedules for DoD Acquisition Programs, other Federal Agency scheduling efforts, vehicle development, or vehicle system development

• Work with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve a common goal and document interdependencies

• Load resources and analyze impact of concurrent activities

• Monitor progress against schedule and provide regular updates

• Create schedule risk assessments and mitigation plans

• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review and update schedules


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using Microsoft Project or other scheduling software
  • 2+ years of experience preparing Integrated Master Schedules for DoD Acquisition Programs, other Federal Agency
  • Active Secret Security Clearance


Desired Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience as a program analyst dealing with program cost, schedule, and performance
  • PMP Certification
  • BA or BS Degree
