As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead maintenance team, ensuring effective communication, safety, and training.
  • Oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
  • Develop and implement action plans for supplier process improvement and industrialization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define process parameters and ensure supplier capabilities meet product standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, MSA, and PFMEA.
  • Manage supplier audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance, as well as key maintenance KPIs.
  • Foster strong team relationships, coaching and mentoring to support development.
  • Ensure minimal production downtime through a robust preventative maintenance system.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with maintenance or quality leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, maintenance systems, and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse technical challenges.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $98,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
