Position is on-site in St. George, Utah
Are you an experienced Architect looking to elevate your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Architect with strong project management skills to join an amazing team in the city of red rocks and state parks and mountains: St. George, Utah.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Utilize Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and project management software effectively
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting processes, and construction change directives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 7-10 years of professional architectural experience preferred
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and project management tools
• Strong understanding of building codes and permitting processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with excellent leadership and communication skills
What We Offer:
• Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose between a traditional 40-hour workweek or a 9/80 flex schedule with every other Friday off
