The Administrative Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the administrative department. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supervising staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in medical office management, human resources, and vendor management. This role requires effective communication and leadership abilities to train and develop team members while managing front desk operations.
Duties
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
· Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
· Oversee medical office management tasks, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
· Develop training programs for new hires and existing staff to enhance skills and performance.
· Handle human resources functions such as employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
· Maintain organized records of office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
· Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow and communication within the organization.
· Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
· 4 years of proven experience in supervising administrative staff or teams.
· 6 years in Legal Industry required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong background in medical office management is preferred.
· Excellent training development skills to foster team growth.
· Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations.
· Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Proficient in managing clerical tasks and maintaining office systems.
· Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
· Experience in office management, including vendor management.
