Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our company’s senior-level staff. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, communicate professionally, and able to proactively problem solve. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Job Type: Full-time, hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: Starting from $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Location: On-site, Cinder Headquarters (1420 N Mullan Rd Unit 210 Spokane Valley, WA 99206)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Accurately record minutes from meetings and prepare meeting agendas
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Track daily expenses and and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Prepare checks and payments
  • Open, sort, prepare, and drop mail
  • Occasional project management, research, event
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, spreadsheets, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Collaborate and coordinate across all departments
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and company merchandise
  • Aid in bookkeeping and paperwork management, correspond with accountant

Skills:

  • Proficient with Apple/Mac OS (familiar with Numbers, Keynote, and Pages)
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Experience with file sharing programs and video conference platforms
  • Familiar with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners)

Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative, executive assistant, and/or project coordinator experience
