Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support functions for M&FRC operations in line with local procedures.
  • Provide essential services for both scheduled and unscheduled special functions and requests.
  • Manage various aspects of special events, including advertising, space coordination, and material handling.
  • Utilize effective marketing techniques to reach target audiences for programs and workshops.
  • Document assessments, services, and referrals with a focus on problem prevention.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates/Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of military protocol, support group organizations, understanding of family systems in a military setting, ability to communicate, and work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Speak, write and understand the English language fluently.
