Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory group (Accounting Today, 2023), is seeking an administrative professional to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and clients
  • Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
  • Answering calls and directing inquiries
  • Conducting general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, data entry and managing office supplies
  • Coordinating projects, as assigned

This role requires:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
