We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Finance team based at our headquarters in Central New Jersey. Reporting to our VP Finance, responsibilities include:


  • Assists Finance/Accounting, Financial Planning, and Accounts Receivable with administrative support tasks.
  • Maintains, tracks and organizes corporate agreements and contracts, Licensing Agreements, Insurance Policies, Outside Contractor and Sales Agent agreements including administration and tracking of third Party Manufacturer Agreements.
  • Requests and maintains certificates of insurance.
  • Maintains the company’s Bedding Licenses and ensures that all required licenses are certified and renewed timely.
  • Maintains log of Corporate State Annual Report Filings and ensures timely submission.
  • Assists with financial projects including audits, year-end reporting, and special financial tasks as assigned.


Qualified candidates must have 3+ years’ administrative support experience. Self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities and manage and track agreements. Previous experience in Finance/Accounting and contracts administration a strong plus. Must have strong proficiency using MS Word & Excel and excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
