Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of administrative functions of the department and oversight of the daily operations and functions of the department. Work situations are a variety of routine and complex, administrative duties. Responsibilities require leadership, organization, prioritization, PC application skills, and attention to detail, good judgment, professionalism, independence, project coordination and management and decision-making. Internal contacts include staff and management. External contacts include physicians, vendors, and regulatory and other organizations. Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum four (4) years of office management/administrative experience required; Health Care environment preferred
Minimum four (4) years of experience with personal computer required; Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office product knowledge preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.33 - $35.01 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
