Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative & Marketing Intern to support our team with essential administrative duties, marketing tasks, client follow-up calls, and social media responsibilities. This is an ideal role for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive office environment. The role also involves basic graphic design work, making it a great fit for someone with creative skills. This internship requires the intern to be in the office for a few hours each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing emails, and organizing files
- Help with scheduling appointments and following up with clients to ensure effective communication
- Support marketing projects, including creating and scheduling social media content
- Design simple graphics and visuals for social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials
- Aid in data entry, document organization, and file management
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and various documents
- Collaborate with team members on day-to-day tasks, with an ability to shift priorities as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program related to business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- In-office each day for a few hours, with some flexibility in scheduling
