This is an opportunity for a Team Administrative Coordinator to join a successful small real estate team at Compass, consistently recognized as one of the top 100 teams in the country by the Wall Street Journal. They are a dynamic, customer-centric team seeking a full-time Team Administrative Coordinator to support their growth. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, a great attitude, good communication skills (both written and verbal), and excellent document-handling skills (listing coordination, transaction support, and board packages are a part of this role). Ideally, the candidate will have worked as an assistant, transaction coordinator, or marketing coordinator role for a real estate company or team.
As a Team Administrative Coordinator, your primary focus will be on scheduling team appointments, handling buyer purchase applications, preparing and maintaining listings, and helping with ad-hoc team projects.
