About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Team Administrative Coordinator to join a successful small real estate team at Compass, consistently recognized as one of the top 100 teams in the country by the Wall Street Journal. They are a dynamic, customer-centric team seeking a full-time Team Administrative Coordinator to support their growth. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, a great attitude, good communication skills (both written and verbal), and excellent document-handling skills (listing coordination, transaction support, and board packages are a part of this role). Ideally, the candidate will have worked as an assistant, transaction coordinator, or marketing coordinator role for a real estate company or team.

As a Team Administrative Coordinator, your primary focus will be on scheduling team appointments, handling buyer purchase applications, preparing and maintaining listings, and helping with ad-hoc team projects. Responsibilities

Manage the inflow of showing requests and assist the team with daily and weekly scheduling
Work with Managing Agents to collect building data before, during, and after listings
Prepare applications and board packages for all transactions
Work with the team to prepare copy for listings and marketing material
Prepare weekly showing reports for listings
Assist agents with paperwork and scheduling (i.e. floor plan, photos…) for listings
Consistently review listings to make sure all information is up-to-date
Organize and manage contacts for team and individual CRM
Manage day-to-day operations so the team runs smoothly
Maintain and manage team drives, calendars, contacts, and listings
Coordinate with internal Compass departments on behalf of the team
Assist with other related clerical duties requested by the team
Assist with coordinating team events and team gifting
Qualifications:
Professional and courteous demeanor with exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills required
Candidate must be a quick learner with a positive attitude
Candidate must have a calm demeanor, be optimistic, and patient
Must be detail-oriented
Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and problem-solve with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tool preferred but not required
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Office products including Word
Knowledge of Google Suite including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs, PDFS

Bachelor’s Degree
Comfort handling sensitive information
A proactive and patient approach to the tasks at hand
Real estate experience is preferred

Compensation:
Position Type: Full-time Employee
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (plus opportunity for bonus)
