Administrative Coordinator - Compliance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support during the construction lifecycle, from groundbreaking to project completion for multiple projects.

· Participate in project planning sessions as directed to become familiar with specific project requirements and other issues related to project schedules, takeoffs, and planning.

· Assist in compiling plans, application data, and other documents required for construction applications and permit submittals.

· Complete data entry and maintain project information and databases.

· Assist with addressing requests for new projects in collaboration with the Senior Addressing Tech and authorities having jurisdiction. This includes gathering project information and application requests and following up with officials.

· Complete site maps with addressing and ADA assignments.

· Coordinate sign orders, inventory control, delivery, and installation of construction signs, banners, and safety-related posters.

· Assist in developing site signage requirements, including researching local sign ordinances and municipal codes.

· Develop signage requirements and obtain proofs from vendors as required; responsibilities include tracking sign orders, production, delivery, and installation of sign packages.

· Organize, maintain, and archive information for compliance-related reports, inspections, and construction close-out documents.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 – 2 years of work experience or an equivalent balance of education and experience in an administrative or project management role.

· High School Diploma required - 2 years of college-level education preferred.

· Bilingual Spanish language ability is a plus.

· Strong communication and organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

· Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality.

· Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro

· Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

· Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
