Dexis is recruiting for an Administrative Specialist to support the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE) and the Office of the Senior Vice President Operations (SVP) within the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) who will provide critical administrative support to the SVP and other high rank level senior executives in the organization.
Responsibilities- Manage the SVP's agenda by organizing and prioritizing the high incoming flow of work, responding to and scheduling requests for meetings, invitations, and requests for participation at special events; booking official appointments and meetings; and maintaining a control and follow-up system to ensure timely response.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for the SVP office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with travel coordination and travel voucher processing for the office.
- Maintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlines.
- Processes internal Ethics clearances for speakers' participation at events or widely attended gatherings (WAG).
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- 10 years' experience providing administrative support in a federal environment.
- Ability to take responsibility for multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
- Candidate must be able to perform with minimal supervision in a high pace environment.
- Possess good judgment and be able to prioritize tasks to meet mission requirements.
- Demonstrate and apply attention to detail and flexibility in day-to-day work along with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
