Support our Plant Production Personnel, HR and Accounting Department by ensuring efficient office operations and streamlined communication. This role will also assist the Benefits Coordinator and collaborate with other Office Managers and General Clerks to maintain a productive work environment. Additionally, you will provide essential support to Sales Representatives, facilitating their efforts to achieve organizational goals.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Direct management of plant office administration consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in development and training and oversee efficient use of office personnel.
  • Coordination of order entry, inter-company orders, scheduling of production and shipments.
  • Assist in handling inside sales functions.
  • Initiate credit decisions and collection actions, as necessary.
  • Timely and accurate record keeping associated with employment and benefit records.
  • Use information system tools to evaluate shipment trends and establish inventory levels. Place a priority on moving old material and seconds.
  • Insure that accounts payable are processed for timely payment, within terms; resolves payment disputes on a timely basis.
  • Handling of plant checking and petty cash distributions and reconciliation.
  • Commands a working knowledge of company products and detailed knowledge of office practices and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education preferred.
  • Previous office management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting in an office environment up to (8) hours.

The selected candidate must be available to travel for 2 nonconsecutive weeks for complete initial company paid training.
