The DD Supervisor will:

  • assures that DD Staff are actively recruiting, certifying, and providing initial and ongoing training to Shared Living Providers (SLP’s)
  • guide and direct assigned staff and will support and create new strategies to continuously sustain KVC SLP’s.
  • Ensure that high quality day-to-day direct supervision of the DD team is provided
  • establish and lead routine ISP team meetings, share information across programs and teams, set priorities for team members, and evaluate progress towards outcomes and agency goals
  • meet outcomes that exceed standards and provide excellent services to individuals and families

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is required. Master’s degree and license preferred.
  • Previous experience in family services is highly preferred
  • Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license and car insurance

Experience:

  • Three plus years of Developmental Disabilities, Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, and/or Mental Health Assessment and Treatment experience required.
  • Two plus years of successful supervisory and management experience preferred.
