We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in our back office, assisting in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer experiences. This role involves supporting our sales personnel, managing orders, tracking jobs, and building strong customer relationships through fantastic customer support. Please note that Support Specialist job history is preferred.

Compensation:

$31,000 - $35,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Manage order placements, track job progress, and maintain up-to-date status reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and sales personnel.
  • Coordinate with vendors, handling purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Participate in sales and product training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and understand customer needs to help tailor our offerings accordingly.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of amazing customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Perform tasked projects given by leadership.
  • Assist with inventory management and data entry.
  • Day work accountability and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a support role, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
