Ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility’s strategic goals and objectives. EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred LICENSE/CERT: PA or PA Compact RN license; Certified in Psychiatric Nursing preferred EXP: 5 years of experience required.
