Job Description
RN-Assistant Director of Nursing-Full Time
Parker Jewish Institute is seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of professionals in the Nursing department. The ADON reports to the Clinical Director of Nursing and is responsible for overall responsibility of care given to the patients by the nursing staff. This is a key leadership role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.

Position Qualifications:
New York State RN license
Degree in Nursing or a related field; BSN a plus
3+ years of experience as an RN in a medical/surgical, rehab or long-term care environment
Prior Supervisory or Management experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff
Communicates effectively with others; is cooperative and helpful
Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
