Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to delight residents with high-quality, individual-focused care.
  • Provide nursing staff with guidance, support, and a bubbly personality to foster inclusivity and ensure professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with those persnickety regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.
  • Drive quality growth initiatives to new heights and spark the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, and families, promoting open communication and spreading joy to all stakeholders.
  • Stir up a ruckus with the development and execution of staff education and training programs.
  • Smash your goals with the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing talent.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum two years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
  • Great clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in nursing care.
  • Excellent communication, nap-worthy leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, despite any potential shenanigans.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and staying afloat in industry trends and regulations.
