Job Summary: The RN Admissions Nurse will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients during the admissions process. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions for patients into our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and vital signs.
• Review and verify patient information and insurance details during the admission process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about admission processes, treatment options, and available resources.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely admission and discharge processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
