What youll be doing:

• Direct Infant Care: Provide around-the-clock care, attending to essential needs like feeding and changing.

• Medical Procedures: Assist physicians in performing essential NICU procedures and treatments.

• Equipment Management: Operate and adjust specialized NICU equipment for optimal infant care.

• Nursing Plans: Develop, implement, and assess individualized nursing care plans.

• Family Support: Offer guidance and education to parents on at-home newborn care and support during their NICU journey.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in the NICU.

• Skills: Proficient in performing medical procedures such as IV insertions, administering medications, and conducting essential tests.

• Certification: Active RN NICU certification.
