LPN: $28 to $33.40/hr, depending on experience.
Shift Differentials range from $2.00 to $3.50
Per diem extra $4.00 an hour (4 shifts a month, 2 need to be weekend day)

Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH, is currently a 39-bed Assisted Living community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We also have 21 brand new independent living apartments that provide an affordable living option to our community. - Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
- Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements:
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
· Long-term care experience preferred
· Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
