LPN: $28 to $33.40/hr, depending on experience.
Shift Differentials range from $2.00 to $3.50
Per diem extra $4.00 an hour (4 shifts a month, 2 need to be weekend day)

Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH, is currently a 39-bed Assisted Living community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We also have 21 brand new independent living apartments that provide an affordable living option to our community. We are excited for this newest addition of services which will enhance our campus and overall continuum of services. We are proud to be part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
  • Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  • Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Requirements:

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Long-term care experience preferred

· Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
