Responsibilities include implementing adult geriatric care plans and ensuring the highest quality one-to-one care by RN and HHA teams. Discerning and highly-vetted clientele located in Boston area. Requirements:

• BSN, RN or MSN; New Grad RN also encouraged to apply
• Private care, med-surg, hospice, palliative, or community care experience
• Current active MA nursing license, CPR certification
• Drivers license and insured, dependable vehicle; must travel to in-home client visits
• Flexibility is a must, with availability for weekday and weekend day shifts
• Preparation of patient notes and reports in a timely manner
• Collaboration with other clinical care providers and family members
• Willingness to provide guidance to a growing team of caregivers with diverse backgrounds and experience
