Med-Surg RN Compensation

·         $52/hour - $59/hour – Weekly Pay

·         Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

·         A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Med-Surg RN Highlights

·         12 Hour Nights

·         36 Hours Guaranteed

·         Rotating weekends!

Med-Surg RN Responsibilities

·         Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant others changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the Caring-Quality Model.

·         Knowledge: Seeks life-long learning through certification, advanced practice, higher education, and literature review.

·         Leadership/Credibility: Demonstrates leadership through sharing of knowledge, being a clinical resource, and professional role model.

·         Communication: Demonstrates effective communication through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary communication.

·         Productivity: Demonstrates enhanced time management skills and ability to assist others in order to contribute to the overall performance of the team.

·         Performs other duties consistent with the purpose of the job as directed by general and unit-specific competency-based objectives.

Med-Surg RN Requirements

·         2 years Experience

·         Travel Experience Preferred

·         Health system - Wide Profile Standards

·         BLS (AHA)

·         Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing

·         Current MI Registered Nurse License
