What youll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring comprehensive patient care plans

• Serving as the primary coordinator for all patient care disciplines to ensure cohesive, high-quality care

• Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions effectively

• Carrying out physician and nursing orders with precision

• Assessing discharge needs and coordinating with the healthcare team to facilitate smooth transitions for patients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in telemetry nursing

• BLS and ACLS certification as well as NIH Stroke Scale certification

• Ability to successfully complete a proctored rhythm test

• Strong background in handling cardiac bedside monitoring, managing cardiac drips, TR bands, post-heart cath care, stroke/neuro patients, and BIPAP overflows
