As a new addition to the JGS Lifecare team in Longmeadow, your role as an RN/LPN Homecare Nurse will involve providing personalized care to our Residents in their homes. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our Residents.
