Job Title:

RN - BMT and Chemo experience preferred.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Guaranteed 40 hours/week.

Pay Rate: $2390 a week;

$3,000 Monthly Housing Allowance

Job Duties:

• Assist physician within office minor surgical procedures such as excisional biopsy/ wide excision/ JP drain/wound vacuum care, wound drainage, Bone Marrow BX, Minor surgical procedures.
• Administer intermuscular and subcutaneous chemotherapy injections, works with CADD pumps for continuous infusions, access, de-access and trouble shoot PAS-ports and chest ports.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, chemo/surgery/BMT teaching, treatment side effects.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years required in BMT.
• BLS Certification required, Chemo preferred.

Special Requirements:

• BMT & Chemo experience required.
• Ambulatory Practice management including efficient clinic flow and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Completion of pertinent nursing assessment and interventions.
• Telephone triage of clinic patients.
