Purpose: Seasoned Recruitment is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise and commitment will play a crucial role in enhancing patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Educate patients and families on health management and self-care techniques
• Monitor patients’ health status and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community health
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
