General job duties.  
Gerneral MS patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.    
EMR-Epic, AccuDose, Bladder Scanner, Phillips monitors, Telemetry 

Required skills and minimum years of experience.    
1 yr med/surg experience.  

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. 
BLS - must be AHA. ND or compact state RN license. 

Shift or schedule requirements. 
12 hr shifts, D/N, EOW, EOH

Floating to over units/departments. 
Home unit 2W but can float to any med/surg unit on any campus as needed. 

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
10 bed department

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 
5:1 day shift and 6:1 night shift
