Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring Home Health/Hospice RN for a prominent Healthcare Organization in Newport Beach, CA

***Compensation: $60-65/Hr. + Overtime Optional + Top Healthcare Benefits in the Field + Mileage Expense.

Job Duties:

Provide direct patient care following the Nurse Practice Act in the Home Health and/or Hospice environment
Collaborate with other disciplines on the case to ensure and deliver safe, timely, and appropriate quality patient care
Create Plan of Care upon initial patient assessment and report to Care Team
Provide medication management that includes IV Infusions, nursing interventions, pain management, specimen collection, teaching, and discharging upon completion of a plan of care
Communicate and consult with Primary Care Physician as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
