Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinic team. As an RN/LPN, you will play a critical role in providing
high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. If you are passionate about healthcare and
possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
**Position: Clinic Nurse
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
- Assist healthcare providers in examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care
techniques.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Valid RN or LPN license in MS.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in administering medications and injections.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care responsibilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical records.
**Preferred Qualifications:**NOT required
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable to the patient population).
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- CPR certification.
