Hello, Cascades at St Anne in Seattle, WA is actively looking to hire a full-time Resident Care Manger- RN.

At Cascades at St Anne, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.

Job Description:

Resident Care Manager with:

• Active management of clinical systems
• Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring/firing
• Team building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient care
• Assist with development/maintenance of nursing programs and activities
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
• Any additional functions as directed by the DON

Requirements:

• Minimum associate degree. Bachelor's degree preferred
• RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility preferred
• Minimum two years' skilled nursing facility nursing experience required
• Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
• Must speak and understand English
• Genuine love & concern for the geriatric population!
