Title: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) Registered Nurse (RN)


Location: On-site, Havre, MT


Salary Range: $66,000 - $87,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking four skilled and caring LDRP Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our client's maternity care team. The LDRP Nurse will provide comprehensive care to laboring patients and their newborns, guiding families through the labor and delivery process and providing support in the postpartum period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of laboring patients and newborns, developing individualized care plans.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal status, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and interventions as ordered.
  • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with established protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.


Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in labor and delivery or maternal-child nursing.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP certification preferred.
