The #1 Priority of this position is...

To coordinate and to satisfactorily perform all matters regarding Building Orientation, In-Servicing. Delivers nursing care to ensure resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Presentation of Building Orientation in Spanish and English by Power point.
• Organize and coordinate all facets of Building Orientation.
• Review/read/instruct the TM Handbook to new TMs.
• Teach and/or supervise all classes taught and implemented to TMs primarily through the Building Orientation.
• Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates resident response.
• Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.

Qualifications, Education and /or Experience:

• Able to communicate clearly in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable giving oral presentations to groups.
• Must be comfortable in the role of teaching groups.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must enjoy working with team members at all levels.
• Must have license RN/LPN
