Field Nurse:

Brooklyn-based licensed home care services agency (LHCSA) is looking for experienced Field Nurses

Job Description:

Visit patients in their homes to complete patient initial assessments, reassessments and supervise home health aides

Service Manhattan and Bronx locations

The schedule is flexible and the Per-Diem position gives you the flexibility you need

Experience:

· Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

· Home Care Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

·(RN) Registered Professional Nurse & currently registered in NY State

Language:

• English

· Bilingual Spanish, French, Creole, Russian (or all the above ) is a plus

· Requirements: *Must be Covid-19 vaccinated
